for 2 years and one month, I think he's doing pretty good... but I am a biased daddy...

I'll put a better one later. We were blone away with around 1,200 kids the first day.

Update on us

As many of you know, our family made a recent transition to a new ministry in Alexandria, LA. At Calvary Baptist Church here in Alexandria, I will be working with Single adults. We are thrilled to be a part of this church, and the welcome has been amazing. After a long 3 month process, Sunday was our first day on the job. Becca will be staying home and helping out in vital ways with the women in the church. Ethan has adjusted wonderfully as always and is doing great, always keeping us on our toes. Also, adding to the excitement, we will be having a new addition to our family this coming November. If you're still confused, we're having a BABY! Needless to say we are blessed and thankful for God’s work in us and privileged to be a part of his church and your friend.





Here is an updated picture of Ethan... as most 2-year-olds, he has developed a taste only for certain foods... like grilled cheese sandwiches... hmm hmm good.

We'll send more updates as things progress... stay tuned for a word on my recent trip to East Asia...
